About Sachin Bharadwaz

Sachin Bharadwaz is a Performance Marketing and Data Analytics Professional who completed a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering with a concentration in Analytics and Data Science at the Georgia Institute of Technology, graduating December 2025. His academic training bridges optimization, automation, and systems engineering, a quantitative foundation he applies directly to marketing data and business performance problems.

At Tractian, Sachin works as a Performance Marketing Analyst, building paid media pipelines, analyzing paid media channel performance data, and surfacing campaign-level insights for the marketing team. Before that, he contributed to analytics work at Delta TechOps, where he designed AWS Glue ETL jobs, wrote Python-based data transformation scripts using Pandas and PyMySQL, and built Tableau dashboards that reduced weekly data preparation time for the analytics team.

Sachin's Senior Design capstone, completed in collaboration with NFCC (North Fulton Community Charities), a non-profit food bank, placed first at the 2025 Georgia Tech Senior Design Expo. The project applied natural language processing to standardize product records, used K-Means clustering to group products by semantic similarity, and integrated the Walmart Open API to generate automated pricing recommendations.

His approach to analytics work is shaped by Industrial Engineering principles: define the problem precisely, identify the right data, build a process that is repeatable and auditable, and deliver output that is directly usable by the people who need to act on it. That same orientation carries into performance marketing work. The goal is not reporting for its own sake, but analysis that informs actual decisions about spend, targeting, and channel allocation.

Sachin holds the Alteryx Designer Core certification and Google Ads certifications, and is working toward the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate designation. Outside of professional work, he served on the Executive Committee of Chi Phi Omega and contributed over 200 volunteer hours through Sewa International's tutoring program, earning the Gold Presidential Volunteer Service Award.
